Two more to go!!!|
This is how it will be mounted on the gallery:
they look amazing, alex =) great work on these!
did you make the 3-d thing too?
yeah but I didn´t model those dudes :D
awww man... that makes it less awesome... but still cool, cause the decks are highly impressive
seriously, those all look so lush and alive. Great fucking work man.
Damn dude, those are beautiful! Will you be selling them? Got any prices worked out yet, if so?
hai! thank you sir. and yes I have a gallery price $330 I'm lucky enough to have various interested people! cheers
Holy! I wish you were up here, taking advantage of our market. Our Show and Sale is on right now and something like your boards would easily go for $3000! There's lots of rich folk spending money for the holidays. I'm interested in a couple of your boards but I'll wait and see how the other two turn out! Good luck!
yeah I know! It's hard to sell art here, living in a third world country (PERU), where buying food and clothes is a priority for most people. Yet I have been told that I could raise up the toll a bit more. I'll finish the other two, and after the show I'll let you know! thanx!
hey you know what, I was just going through this conversation with a Brazilian friend that's involved in the fine arts world too he suggested me the same thing. I will try to sell each for $1k and see what happens in the local market. I will invest money to make a professional brochure of the collection (a photographer and such). I will soon finish up art school and so I will try this to ensure myself a better future.
Awesome! That's a good idea. Don't sell yourself short on the first go around. One of my illustration instructors said to me yesterday actually that if something doesn't sell at the price you want then just lower it until the desired amount of product moves.
Wow they turned out awesome !
The second one from the right has a beautiful lighting.
thanx a lot man! :D missing some of your art!
